02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at Rich Jili, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or otherwise permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction to access online gaming platforms.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been banned from Rich Jili for violations of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or entity, and you must be playing strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any individual employed by Rich Jili or its partner companies.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to holdone account only on the Rich Jili platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your real full name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. Rich Jili may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Rich Jili is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• Account registration is free and takes less than two minutes.
• A valid Philippine mobile number is required for account verification.
• Rich Jili may request government-issued ID during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Rich Jili supports the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Rich Jili does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are typically settled within the same business day.
• Funds associated with active bonuses are subject to applicable rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Rich Jili offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, referal rewards, and special event promotions tied to Philippine holidays and the PBA season.

All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements (rollover), minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion. In case of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that bonus only.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Rich Jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional mechanics, or multi-accounting will be forfeited without compensation.

• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account balance.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available at Rich Jili — including slots, table games, live casino, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within each game's interface or help section. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real money bets.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Rich Jili and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus mechanics.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA).
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Rich Jili platform or its underlying systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once ("bonus abuse").
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward any Rich Jili staff member or other player.
• Attempting to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tools.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

Rich Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 above.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any real-money balance remaining may be forfeited. Where closure is for administrative or responsible gaming reasons and no breach has occurred, we will process any remaining eligible balance back to the player after standard verification.

09 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rich Jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

Rich Jili does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical issues, or events outside our control (force majeure) may cause temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible but accept no liability for losses incurred during downtime.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, unless resolved earlier through our internal dispute resolution process.

If you have a complaint about Rich Jili, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.
